The existing bakery sustained massive fire damage and was completely reconstructed on the existing foundation. With the reconstruction, the owner desired to update the facility and give it a new and fresh appearance. A couple of additions were included to improve the functionality of the retail establishment. An entire interior redesign was provided including modifying the basement area, production areas, storage areas, and public area.
This project went through many evolutions of façade designs. The owners ultimately elected to simplify the exterior look and focus on embellishing the façades with signage and canopies.
