The project was a new five-bedroom custom colonial style home on an unused lot in Bernardsville. The master bedroom suite contains a large bedroom and sitting room combination with tray ceilings and a masonry fireplace. The master bathroom is zoned into “his” and “her” areas with separate closets, sinks, toilet rooms, and showers. A common whirlpool bath across from a dressing counter is the central focus of the room.
The entry foyer is a vaulted space with a grand curved stair and a perimeter balcony. Other unique features include a coffered ceiling library, a sunken family room with fireplace, a large custom kitchen area, a large recreation and exercise room, and a terrace in the rear to connect to the wooded rear yard.
