A new three-bedroom house was designed for a restrictive vacant lot in an established neighborhood. The project included a large master bedroom with an spacious master bathroom as well as a private balcony facing the rear yard.
The first level is highlighted by a large kitchen and breakfast area combination, a two story great room facing the rear, and a two-story entry foyer. An angled central stair efficiently connects all the levels and provides an interesting entry foyer configuration.
