The owners of this summer lake cottage decided to tear down the existing outdated camp building, and rebuild a new year-round home. The new 1-1/2 story country cottage home was designed with the features of the old camp in mind. The new home included a covered porch along the entire front elevation, and a similar footprint as the previous building in order to comply with the lake community building regulations.
