At the previous El Coyote restaurant building location, a developer constructed a new mixed use facility. The basement level has sub-dividable office spaces and the ground floor has spaces for retail tenants. Above the retail there are two levels of apartments. Each of these levels has four generously sized two-bedroom apartment units. The whole building is served by a central elevator making for convenient access throughout.

The building is on a sloping site allowing for direct basement level access for the office space tenants. The retail tenants are directly accessed from the front at ground level. There are multiple apartment access points. There is parking located on one side and in the rear. This provides ample and convenient parking for the uses inside the building.
