The owners of this custom lake home had lived there for many years before they realized their original design fell short of creating enough space to accommodate their needs. Their desire was to expand the usable space as needed without negatively affecting the look of the home.
A new design created an addition to the dining and kitchen areas to provide the new needed space. The concept was to make it look like it had been there as part of the original design. This addition greatly enhanced this custom lake home’s functionality while maintaining the desired aesthetics.
