This project was an addition and renovation to an existing house located on a prominent point on the lake. The goal was to take the existing house and functionally modernize it, while providing a new Victorian exterior aesthetic that would make it stand out. It was designed to provide elegant massing and detailing, and to be in the character of lakefront homes in the area.
One key point of interest is the third floor tower that is accessible by a second floor spiral stair. This, along with other unique design elements, makes this building a well functioning and impressive home.
