The existing small one-story three-bedroom house was expanded with a full second floor addition and a renovation and addition to the existing first floor.
The new first floor addition created a large living room with a vaulted ceiling, a new entry foyer, and an expanded kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling. The renovated areas of the first floor allowed a large breakfast area, a large dining room, a guest bedroom, and a computer alcove. A new deck was added to the rear to connect further expand the living area into the outdoors.
The new second floor has a large master bedroom suite with fireplace, walk-in-closet, and private bathroom. There is also a large second bedroom with a hallway bathroom.
