A new building on an undeveloped site was designed to provide a new location for a local dentist. In addition to his space on the lower level, the upper level created additional rental tenant space.

The site required an efficient parking lot layout, underground drainage facilities, grading, landscaping, and lighting. All of these elements were designed, engineered, and presented to the municipal planning board and county agencies for all the necessary site plan approvals.

The building is also located within an area designated as a historic district. This, along with the owner’s stylistic desires, gave the impetus for a building design based upon Victorian massing and detailing. Wide trims and casings, arch top windows, various siding styles, and historically inspired exterior light fixtures give this building its stylistic flair.
