A new entry vestibule was provided for an existing office and industrial building. Also, a total renovation of the existing façade was provided to present an intricately detailed brick finish towards the main road.
The former tenant was an auto body shop. The new program entailed a home office for a medium-size construction company. The floor plan was reorganized with the new offices in the front of the building. The brick façade conveys a warm and welcoming look for clients while the roof overhangs provide a sheltered path to the entry doors. Large glass arched top windows allow light to penetrate deep into the reception area.
Along with the building redesign, the site also required modifications. These were addressed with a set of site plan development drawings that were presented to, and approved by the municipal planning board.
