A new 21,500 square foot shopping mall was created along Route 46 with a layout that allowed flexibility for multiple tenants in establishing their store plans. The building’s perimeter is irregularly shaped due to the constraints of the site which included maintaining the necessary wetlands buffer setbacks.
The materials utilized on the exterior included a standing seam metal roof, an EIFS stucco system, and split-faced block base where the building is most likely to get the most wear-and-tear.
