This project entailed a layout for an attorney’s office in an existing small office building. The existing building was gutted and reconstructed with new office space. Several critical upgrades were made to the existing building to meet the requirements of the current codes.
A new stair addition was built at the rear of the building. The roof was raised and rebuilt and included new usuable space under the new dormers. A new main entry porch was designed.
The facade was cleaned up and new stucco trim details completed the updated exterior aesthetic. The finished interior is now comfortable and attractive suitable for professional offices.
