This proposed initial design is to develop a lot just off Route 46 in Mount Olive as a new automotive dealership. The existing site slopes up to the rear which creates a unique configuration for the building. The lower level is a large showroom that is open to, and accessed from, the front of the site. There is space for various offices, managers, and other support spaces. The upper level is geared towards service and parts, and is accessed from the rear of the site. There is a service waiting room for clients with an eight bay service shop. There is also a large space for storing parts.

The total building area is over 12,000 square feet over the two levels. The design works with the required slope of the land to stack the service area over the showroom. Even with stacking these spaces, the overall height is designed to be within the allowable heights permitted by the zoning ordinance. The project is currently in the site planning phases to obtain the necessary land development approvals from the municipality and the county.
