This new building creates a showroom and service facility for Hampton RV on Route 206, which specializes in trailer sales and maintenance. The building is a compact two-story structure with a glass enclosed showroom area on the lower level. Also on the lower level is a large two-story multi-bay masonry service area accessed by large overhead doors.
The second floor area above the showroom portion of the building is a large open space intended for flexible rented office space. These areas also have large expanses of glass to allow light to penetrate deep into the tenant spaces.
