Fox Architectural Design, PC is a comprehensive and aggressive architectural firm located
in Roxbury Township in Morris County. The extensive completed body of work includes
various project types such as municipal facilities, corporate structures, retail buildings,
industrial facilities, new custom homes, and home additions.
We pride ourselves on being able to incorporate original building design with functional
proficiency while advancing and utilizing emerging technologies. In addition to custom design,
our architects are recognized experts in project planning, handicapped accessibility requirements,
structural analysis, roofing design and materials, energy conscious design, and
Planning Board presentation and testimony.
The firm has always employed a core group of registered architects and professional designers.
These dedicated individuals listen to the needs of the client to provide a cost effective, conscientious,
intelligent, and functional design. Our contact with clients, as well as our good relationships with
contractors, allow for a smooth and efficient transition from the design to construction phases.
Fox Architectural Design also has a close working relationship with a group of related professionals
to provide complete site planning services for intricate projects. With a team of surveyors and engineers
available, we can develop your site into its most functional and aesthetic use by providing creative
landscaping, lighting and grading techniques. We are a one-stop location for all of your site design
and building development needs.
2020 is Fox Architectural Design's 33rd year in business. Kenneth J. Fox, AIA PP,
originally founded the firm in 1987 as a sole proprietorship. In January 2004 the firm was
converted to a Professional Corporation. A licensed architect manages each project and assigns
key personnel to complete the necessary tasks. This project architect is readily available to
the client during the course of the project. In addition, Ken Fox acts as the principal
architect, and oversees the general progress on all projects.
Computer aided drafting, and the latest technological improvements, allow us to provide the same
attention to detail to multi-million dollar corporate clients as to other clients, such as municipal
entities, that are on a limited budget. We have established high quality work standards and we take
pride in our on-time scheduling and zero lead-time philosophy of job performance.
