An existing diner located in a non-descript strip mall along Route 15 in Lake Hopatcong was renovated and additions were provided in phases to expand the facility. It was also a key component of the program to create a new appearance and character that is more traditionally associated with a typical New Jersey diner.
The major addition component was the new glass enclosed eating area provided on the front of the building. Another issue to consider was that the design needed to compliment a new clock on the front fašade. A number of different design possibilities were considered during the exterior and interior development.
