This large custom home contains many specifically designed spaces to accommodate the functions and aesthetics that are required for daily living and for entertaining. Through the stately stone entry there is a large two-story foyer with a curved stair that leads to the upper level.

On either side of the foyer there are formal living and dining areas. Other living spaces on the main level include a two-story family room, a library, a conservatory, a large custom kitchen with an octagonal breakfast area, a guest suite, and a four-car garage. The library, family room, living room, and dining room all have large masonry fireplaces.

The upper level has four large bedrooms. Each has its own walk-in-closet and private bathroom. The entire side to the left of the two-story foyer is a master suite that contains a bedroom area, a study with a fireplace, a pair of walk-in-closets, and a large master bathroom. This master bathroom is setup with his and her areas that each have their own shower, toilet room, sink, and vanity. The middle of the room splitting the two areas contains a large whirlpool tub.

The construction reached a partially completed point and was abandoned by the original builder and owner. Afterwards, a new owner became interested and hired a new builder, Polo Master Builders, to finish the construction. Besides completing the construction and making some adjustments to the original layout, there were many built items that either needed correcting or replacement. Fox Architectural assisted the new builder in analyzing the state of the construction, and with redesigning to make the changes and corrections necessary. After an extensive amount of work, the updated home was completed and turned over to the new owners.
