On a unique, wooded piece of property, the owners wanted to create a custom home to take advantage of the site and its views. After a very detailed and comprehensive design process, a final design was created that provided spacious living areas in an open floor plan configuration.
The house is unique in that it contains three independent master bedroom suites. There is also a sunroom, a hobby room, and office with sitting area, a two-story great room, and a large vaulted kitchen with connected eating area. These groups of large open spaces created special structural concerns that required in-depth analysis, calculations, and detailing.
