The new home is a custom designed modern dwelling that features wide open interior spaces that flow from one into the next. The undulating facades and the relationship between the spaces allows for the interior layout to translate into an eclectic and modern exterior. Particular significant spaces are highlighted with unique exterior forms and elements. The interior spaces have different heights and sloped ceilings based upon the use of the space and the form of the exterior. Upper level bedroom areas are private, but the spaces outside those bedrooms engage the spaces below with balconies, lofts and railings. The project is currently finalizing the design stages.
