Fox Pointe Inc. proposed a new multi-phase housing redevelopment on underdeveloped land in Bayonne, New Jersey. The overall project was a very large redevelopment and this portion was just one of the several phases to be completed.
The work completed included an overall concept development sketch for this proposed phase of the project. Also, basic designs for the building plans and elevations were sketched.
