A new multipurpose building sponsored by the local Rotary Club was designed for construction adjacent to ball fields and recreation areas in the Lake Hopatcong district of the township.

The post, beam and truss structure was selected as a means to create a large covered area at a reasonable cost. Within this framework, a masonry walled core was provided to create a flexible interior space sheltered from the elements.

In addition to designing and detailing the building, Fox Architectural Design employees also provided assistance in laying out critical elements of the design on site – including locating and setting the forms for the post system and masonry wall foundations.
