An established childcare facility in Jefferson Township was looking for an expansion and renovation to be able to better serve the community. After looking at a few potential alternatives, it was decided to construct a new addition on the side of the existing building to allow for new office spaces, as well as a new infant care room. This, along with the renovated interior of the building allows for a greater age range of children to be cared for in this facility.
One of the key factors in this project was the available budget. The designs for the final project were adjusted and changed as necessary to be able to come in at the target budget number. Redesigning to respond to the budget after getting some initial prices was critical in making this a viable project for the daycare center.
