On a major artery in Hackettstown a vacant pad site is now the home of a new two-story office building. The style of the new building is similar to the adjacent bank and retail building owned by the same client. However, the office building has a smaller and different architectural form.
The two levels are designed to accommodate multiple tenants with accessibility provided by an elevator. An open basement area provides additional storage and utility space. The overall rentable space in the building is 6,000 square feet.
In addition to the new brick building, the site was designed to accommodate a parking lot, as well as provide access to the main road and to a secondary common road between this building and the adjacent bank.
