This project is a new two story commercial office building located at the intersection of Route 202 and Changebridge Road in Montville. Our discerning client wanted to construct a memorable upscale office building with appealing details at this premiere location.
The design includes an open and spacious floor plan allowing for significant tenant flexibility. The materials utilized on the building are green standing seam metal roof, muted orange and tan brick, and off-white stucco.
The materials and design resulted in a classic office complex with good proportions that is attractive for tenants. There is also an old manufacturing plant on the site that had been completely renovated with the same exterior materials to unify the theme of the site.
