A previous client elected to downsize their Building Supply Store and purchased an adjacent house. The two-story cape was converted into a new supply store on the first floor, and administrative offices on the second floor.
A 2,255 sq. ft. warehouse addition was designed with a covered outside storage area behind the existing home. The construction of the façade included products available for sale at the facility.
A once residential building was transformed into a retail establishment with split-faced block walls and metal roofing panels. Handicapped accessibility throughout the various levels was also addressed as part of this project.
