This new building creates a showroom and service facility for Hampton RV, which specializes in trailer sales and maintenance. The building is a compact two-story structure with a glass enclosed showroom area on the lower level. Also on the lower level is a large two-story multi-bay masonry service area accessed by large overhead doors.
The second floor area above the showroom portion of the building is a large open space intended for flexible rented office space. These areas also have large expanses of glass to allow light to penetrate deep into the tenant spaces. The building is currently under construction.
