This new location for a BMW Motorcycle dealership was previously an electronics store. The building was vacant and it provided easy access to the interstate for highway speed test riding.
The 8,000 square foot renovated space has two showrooms, a display area, a sales floor, parts department, and state-of-the-art five bay service department. The parts department has an area where you can drive your bike in and consult with a service rep. There is also a second story storage area that can be used as an assembly and staging area.
The project also consisted of a full site plan to the municipality for the new proposed use.
