Info: The daycare demands outgrew their existing space in the Chabad Center built in the 1990�s. A new site with a three-story building was developed close to the original building to house offices, classrooms, and a Mikvah.

Info: An existing ranch style home on the tip of a peninsula on the lake was transformed to a unique structure with a new upper level.
