Wharton Recognizes Ken Fox and Fox Architectural Design
On June 22, 2003 the Borough of Wharton presented Ken Fox and Fox Architectural Design with an award for their volunteered services
on the Wharton Field House project. Adjacent to the local playing
fields, an existing support structure was removed and replaced with a new updated facility. The new building has an arched roof and
a facing of stone similar to a nearby pavilion. The new building provides handicapped accessible bathrooms, a meeting room, and storage
areas needed by the athletic organizations that utilize the fields.
Downtown New Jersey 2001 Excellence Award Winner
Downtown New Jersey, a non profit organization dedicated to improving cities and towns in the State of New Jersey, awarded
Key Darrow of the Darrwood Corporation, an Excellence Award
for Fox Architectural Design's reconstruction of his commercial building in downtown Dover that was devastated by fire on
Thanksgiving in 1996. Recognizing the importance of this prominent corner site in the Town of Dover, Key Darrow and Fox
Architectural Design completed a design for the reconstruction. This design was lauded by city officials and was also the

this complicated project within the confines of a limited budget.
